The Fundamental Health Truths:
1. The human body/mind is a community of trillions of individually living cells.
2. Those cells are literally made of natural fats, proteins, sugars, cholesterol, etc. In other words, foods/nutrients/molecules.
3. Vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants play a pivotal role in the proper functioning of the body/mind/cells.
4. Our cells are at all times, 24/7, in a state of repair, regeneration, rebuilding and healing.
5. The body is a miraculous self-healing mechanism, but only when honored as such.
6. Physical, emotional and energetic stress on the cells is what prevents the body from healing.
7. Degenerative diseases, illnesses or ailments never happen for no reason. They don’t strike randomly. There are always very specific reasons.
8. All degenerative diseases are the result of constant physical, emotional or energetic stress on the cells of the body.
9. All imbalances in the body are due to negative thoughts/emotions, unhealthy dietary choices, indulging in falsehood and subjecting the body to stress. In a simplified form, that’s basically the prevention, and cure, for virtually every degenerative disease (health issues that develop over time).
When you smoke medical marijuana it only masks the pain temporarily while you’re high. Once the effects wear off you feel the pain again, which means the real problem is not being solved, or even addressed. That medical marijuana doesn’t in any way give the cells of your body the nutrients and energy they need to repair, regenerate and heal themselves, nor is it removing the underlying source of stress that’s giving you the disease or health issue.
The goal is to find out exactly what it is in your lifestyle that’s contributing to that disease so that you can eliminate it from your life, thus allowing your body to heal itself.
Using medical marijuana for the purpose of relieving physical pain or discomfort is really no different than taking a pain killer like Tylenol or Motrin. Medical marijuana or Tylenol may temporarily eliminate the pain but it certainly doesn’t address why that pain, or “dis-ease”, happened in the first place.

As you can see, medical marijuana, or pharmaceutical drugs, can’t address (all of) these. However, “food is the best medicine” because nutrition and pure clean water do.
Cells heal themselves when properly edified, and that’s really all there is to it. Fix the cells and EVERYTHING else is fixed because the body IS a community of cells.

Our body and cells can only take so much stress and punishment before they begin to break down and malfunction, and that equates to the body not being at ease. Thus the word “dis-ease”. All degenerative diseases, no matter the name, are a result of stress on the cells of our body.
The human body is a miraculous self-healing mechanism, and even serious, chronic, so-called “incurable” diseases can be fully recovered from. All we have to do is honor the body as the highly efficient self-healing machine that it is. It’s nothing more than a choice, and a radically life changing choice at that.
So the important question here is this… Do you honor, love, and care for your body, or do you abuse it and stress it out?
