Heart Health vs. Holistic Health

May 27th, 2008 by Jarett

It’s often said that a certain food or vitamin is “good for the heart” or “good for the eyes”, and while this is partly true, it’s also highly necessary to understand that what is good for your heart, is good for the entire body. Your heart does not exist separate from the rest of the body. Your circulatory system doesn’t exist separate from the rest of the body’s systems. Every single system in your body is intricately woven into every other one.

If you took out your heart, what would happen? The entire body dies, of course. What happens if you take out the brain? Again, the whole body dies. Of course, sometimes we have certain particular body parts removed surgically, and the body is able to continue functioning, but nobody can deny that the absence of that part doesn’t affect the way the body as a whole functions.

AnatomyYour circulatory system isn’t “over here”, while your respiratory system, endocrine system, or brain is “over there”. They are not isolated from each other. They are not two or three. They are one. Every system, every cell, every function, every movement, every thought, and every emotion, is part of a whole body. Ultimately, not a single cell in your body exists separately from any other. What affects one, affects the whole.

Your brain requires blood, oxygen, and nutrients for optimal performance, and your heart needs nutrients, energy, positive peaceful emotions, and a stable mind in order to be optimally healthy. What affects one system, affects all systems. What affects one cell, affects the body as a whole.

Because your brain doesn’t exist separate from your heart, or from any other system, your thoughts, emotions, attitudes, perceptions, and opinions affect the body’s overall state of health just as much as anything else, if not more so. The “placebo effect” and “nocebo effect” is in fact, in effect 100% of the time. The placebo effect is that which is positive, healthy, peaceful, beneficial, truthful, and works in our favor. The nocebo effect is that which is negative, unhealthy, stressful, false, and works against us.

No one part of your body can be successfully healed, or “cured”, without taking care of the body/mind as a whole. Thus, the practice of “holistic health”, which has far greater success rates at reversing degenerative diseases than the common mainstream approaches. Traditional western medicine is often reductionist, only focusing on isolated individual systems, and that is precisely its limitation. Mainstream western medicine very often doesn’t take into account the nutrients that we provide our cells, or the emotional aspects of the brain’s workings.

Some of the more enlightened doctors and scientists who are aware of this however, even estimate that up to 90% of all health issues and diseases are at least somewhat, if not significantly, the result of stressful negative mentalities. They understand that negative emotions and attitudes are stressful on our body and cells because they increase blood pressure levels, overload the adrenal glands, restrict oxygen flow, and more. They also realize that when we eat an unhealthy food, that affects our entire mind and body as a whole in a stressful negative manner. When we eat a life sustaining healthy food, that uplifts and heals the entire mind/body.

Because all the systems of the body are one, and because the body has many needs for its many functions, we need a diet with an all-encompassing range of nutrients. That is, we need to give it the whole gamut of required tools. That’s why I choose FrequenSea above all other health products. It contains everything, and it’s therefore, good for everything. The all-encompassing health benefits that people are receiving as a result of using FrequenSea are of course, absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend highly enough, that you too, incorporate it into your daily health routine.

To sum it up, a person’s state of overall physical and mental health is a perfect reflection of their dietary habits, their emotional well-being, their level of awareness/truth, their environmental influences, and their choices. And since all of these come down to choice, nobody can save us, heal us, or cure us, except ourselves. Neither I, or a doctor, can change you. Only you can change yourself.

Grapefruit and Drugs

May 26th, 2008 by Jarett

It’s well known to many people that particular enzymes found in grapefruit can adversely affect the functionality of certain drugs. Okay, but if nutrients are what our cells need in order to repair, regenerate, rebuild, and heal themselves, perhaps we would be better off eating the grapefruit, instead of taking the drug?

Similarly, it’s said that people who smoke aren’t supposed to take lutein. Well, if we were to quit smoking, and we were to take the lutein instead, where’s the problem?

It’s all about lifestyle choices. Personally, I far prefer health & vitality over unhappiness, anxiety, cravings, neediness, attachments, and addictions to cigarettes and nutrient deficient junk foods, which are the underlying contributors to the health problems in which people need the drugs for.

The only reason nutrients might “conflict” with medications is if the body receives the energy/nutrients it requires to heal itself, and the medications are no longer needed for a health problem that no longer exists. And we all know that if a healthy person were to take a drug that it would quite possibly make them sick. In such a case, what’s the problem… the energy/nutrients, or the drug?

We simply have to have the knowledge, and be aware, that it’s the drug contributing to the problem, not the natural energy/nutrients. People who turn from the traditional medical approach, to the natural nutritional approach, need to understand that drugs are usually outgrown and no longer needed once the body receives everything that it needs (energy & nutrients) to fully heal itself. If people don’t understand this, they usually drop the natural approach and never solve the underlying reason for the health problem.

Pesticides are Dangerous

May 14th, 2008 by Jarett

Is organic really better? The debate over whether or not the use of pesticides on our crops and foods is dangerous to our health, is a common one. In many of my previous posts I’ve tried to explain from an evolutionary perspective, that yes, organics are properly compatible with our cells, while unnatural foreign substances, that are designed specifically to kill living organisms, put stress on our cells and promote illness and disease. Kevin Gianni of the Renegade Health Blog just created and posted a video involving this same topic, and his method of demonstrating “Why Eating Organic Foods Should be a No-Brainer” makes it just that… a no-brainer. If you care about your health, this is a must watch video:

Nutrients for Mental Health

May 11th, 2008 by Jarett

It’s quite obvious that the cells of our body build the body/mind out of the nutrients that we give it, and put into it. Why else would we need to eat food? If the cells, body, and mind didn’t need energy and nutrients, we wouldn’t ever need to consume food.

Because the body is made of cells, and the mind/brain is no different, optimal organic nutrition has a very direct connection to the well-being of one’s mental and emotional health. When the energy, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that the body/cells need are missing from one’s diet, the healthy brain neurochemicals (endorphins, serotonin, etc.) needed for optimal positive functioning can’t be created. A lack of nutrients will promote depression, unhappiness, and all sorts of negative mentalities and emotional disorders. It’s pretty difficult to live a happy, joyful, peaceful, and emotionally balanced life when one’s diet is counteracting those efforts.

The level of our neural functioning is largely determined by the nutrients, or lack thereof, that we provide the brain with. For the brain to function at peak performance, for it to be logical, intelligent, and sane, for it to be able to reason, understand, and comprehend, for it to be aware and conscious of its own activities, for it to be calm, quiet and peaceful in meditation (and in general), and for it to be able to reach continuously higher levels of happiness, you have to eat properly.

Foreign unnatural substances, and highly processed, altered, and modified ingredients, have no place in our foods, or in our bodies. They just aren’t compatible with our cells, and they contribute to cellular stress, dysfunction, and “dis-ease”.

Even things like drug/alcohol addictions, and serious mental disorders like schizophrenia and autism have been successfully treated by removing unnatural foods from a person’s diet, and by incorporating nutrient megadoses. This is the field of science referred to as orthomolecular psychiatry/medicine, which was founded by Dr. Linus Pauling, who is the world’s only 2 time unshared Nobel Prize winner.

Reducing Sugar Cravings

May 11th, 2008 by Jarett

Simply RawBecause our mind/brain/awareness determines our actions, and therefore our eating habits, for a healthier mindset regarding what and how we eat, we should make it a point to have a better understanding of the topic of “hunger”.

Were you aware that when a person is hungry, that hunger isn’t for quantity/volume of food, but rather, for quality food with quantity and quality nutrients? What your cells/body/mind actually needs is a sufficient concentration and variety of natural organic vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids (fats), proteins (amino acids), enzymes, antioxidants, fiber, and water.

When your body requires fuel and energy (nutrients) for its countless cellular, bodily, and mental functions, you feel the sensation of hunger. It might appear that eating mass volumes of food is what is needed, but that’s only because “your eyes are bigger than your stomach”, and because you haven’t come across this information before.

In actuality, as any person who has made the change from an unhealthy diet of highly processed foods to a pure organic diet will tell you, you don’t get hungry nearly as often when highly nutritious foods are eaten. That “lack of hunger” also includes the decreasing, or even non-existent, craving of unhealthy junk foods and sweet, sugary substances. When your insulin, leptin, and blood sugar levels are imbalanced, the body craves sugars (and grains that break down into sugars) a whole lot more often. When these things are stabilized, along with the hypothalamus in the brain, by means of optimal nutrition, food and sugar cravings/addictions subside automatically.

People who haven’t yet made these dietary changes often complain that eating organic is too expensive, but they don’t realize that the quantity and volume of food they will be consuming will decrease as a result, and that it may very well be even less expensive to eat organic.

One of the very first things that people notice, besides more energy, mental clarity, and better sleep, when first starting to use an all-in-one nutrient product like FrequenSea, is decreased hunger, because their sugar levels have regulated.

In other words, diabetes, and other similar degenerative diseases, can, and have been, completely reversed in many different people. But only if they’re willing to make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes. The body heals itself, because it’s a self-healing mechanism, when supported with the proper building materials, fuel, energy, and resources. Or in other words… nutrients.

The “Raw For 30 Days/Simply Raw” movie documents what happens when 6 people with diabetes do just that for a continuous 30 days straight.

Synthetic Vitamins

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

The reason that many studies show “vitamin supplements” to be harmful while countless other studies show the benefits of taking vitamins is because the “vitamin supplements” used in some studies are synthetically, artificially, and chemically derived, and were not from a natural organic food source. Such studies were flawed from the very start because the people behind them didn’t account for the source of the nutrients that were being tested.

As a result of living creatures evolving in sync, as one, with their environment, nutrients obtained from natural foods are perfectly and precisely compatible with our cells, and unnatural foreign substances are not. Man-made synthetics have been shown repeatedly to not properly work with the cells that make up our body (most drugs will make a healthy person sick). It turns out that nutrients need to be synthesized and optimized by nature in order to be properly and optimally compatible with the cells of our body. They need to contain carbon, be carbon-bond, be wrapped in carbon, or in other words, be organic.

If you look it up in an encyclopedia, that’s exactly what organic matter is; it’s something that has been derived from living things, and contains carbon. This carbon-bond quality is the product of photosynthesis by plants, and chemically created synthetics don’t have this carbon-bond quality because they haven’t undergone this process. In turn, chemically created “nutrients” can’t be correctly utilized by the cells of our body.

In fact, the results from countless studies out there that used artificial vitamins even shows that synthetics aren’t just neutral inert substances, but that they even do harm, taking away a person’s health, thus contributing to disease. So, always make sure you know the source of ingredients that are used in your health products because they might not actually be “health” products. Not to mention that you might be wasting your money.

Thomas Edison once said “Remedies from chemicals will never stand in favour compared with the products of Nature, the living cell of the plant, the final result of the rays of the sun, the mother of all life.”

Pharmaceuticals certainly have their place, but for reversing degenerative diseases, that are the result of a poor diet to begin with, we better start looking to foods, as they’re grown in nature; pure, organic, unadulterated, non-genetically modified, and without toxic pesticides.

Might I once again suggest the whole food supplement “FrequenSea” for supplying all the nutrients required to make your cells healthy?

Whole Food Nutrition

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

Just like building a complete puzzle requires having all the peices, building a healthy body requires having all the nutrients. When we take individual vitamins or nutrients, we’re very often just taking a wild guess at which nutrient (out of dozens) that our body is deficient in, and needs. But, with an all-in-one nutrient supersupplement like FrequenSea we’re covering all of our bases at once. Supersupplements have it all, and in such a highly concentrated form that you know you’re getting enough of each.

FrequenSea is, on its own, literally an all-in-one product that provides astounding health benefits far beyond what the average person comprehends. I refer to it as “the superfood of all superfoods”, and I’ve heard other people refer to it as “liquid gold”, and “hope in a bottle”.

Simplification, ease, efficiency, economy, and effectiveness are what supersupplements are all about. Products that are all-in-one replace the need to use multiple products, and are therefore, the best of the best. This is very good news because we can now radically simplify our health routine.

Not only that, but most nutrients work far more efficiently and effectively when assisted by, and in combination with, other specific nutrients. This is precisely why “food is the best medicine”. A whole food like an orange, in comparison to a single nutrient like vitamin C from a bottle, is going to provide far more benefit to your cells and body.

No matter what your health issue is, after over 3 years of personal use, I highly recommend the use of FrequenSea for achieving and/or maintaining optimal health.

Reversing Disease Naturally

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

When you realize that the human body/mind is a community of trillions of individually living cells,

When you come to understand that those cells are literally made of natural fats, proteins, sugars, cholesterol, etc.,

When you learn about the role that vitamins and minerals play in the body/mind/cells,

When you comprehend that our cells are at all times in a state of repair, regeneration, rebuilding and healing,

When you know that the body is an incredibly efficient self-healing mechanism when honored as such,

When you understand that physical, emotional, and energetic stress on the cells is what prevents the body from healing,

When you see that all degenerative diseases are the result of stress on the cells of the body,

It becomes very apparent that organic nutrition (and positive peaceful emotions) is the treatment and cure for virtually all degenerative health problems, ailments, and diseases, of the body and mind, including cancer, diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, schizophrenia, depression, headaches, aches & pains, allergies, vision loss, lyme disease, etc.

But the trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry and food companies don’t want you to know that. And legally, nobody is allowed to use the word “cure” unless it refers to a pharmaceutical drug.

The body is in a constant state of regeneration (healing), but its ability to do that more effectively depends upon us letting go of the stressful negatives in our lifestyle.

A clean natural diet free of unnatural substances like artificial sweeteners, colors, dyes, plastics, heavy metals, growth hormones, pesticides, herbicides, highly processed, modified, and altered foods, etc., will provide amazing all-encompassing results for you. Forget about “low fat”, “low cholesterol”, calorie counting diets. Ignore the fads. Natural organic nutrition has been very successful at supporting life for millions of years.

And don’t eat soy. That’s just another highly successful advertising scheme that even a great deal of the natural health food companies fell for. It’s been shown very clearly to mess with estrogen and thyroid functioning, among other things. Asian cultures ferment their soy which breaks down the harmful molecules, but the soy used in western foods isn’t put through this process.

What you need is a pure organic whole food all-in-one nutrient product that gives the body literally everything it needs to heal itself of pretty much anything. Myself, I’ve been using FrequenSea on a daily basis for over 3 years now for general health and vitality purposes.
