Pesticides are Dangerous

May 14th, 2008 by Jarett

Is organic really better? The debate over whether or not the use of pesticides on our crops and foods is dangerous to our health, is a common one. In many of my previous posts I’ve tried to explain from an evolutionary perspective, that yes, organics are properly compatible with our cells, while unnatural foreign substances, that are designed specifically to kill living organisms, put stress on our cells and promote illness and disease. Kevin Gianni of the Renegade Health Blog just created and posted a video involving this same topic, and his method of demonstrating “Why Eating Organic Foods Should be a No-Brainer” makes it just that… a no-brainer. If you care about your health, this is a must watch video:

Nutrients for Mental Health

May 11th, 2008 by Jarett

It’s quite obvious that the cells of our body build the body/mind out of the nutrients that we give it, and put into it. Why else would we need to eat food? If the cells, body, and mind didn’t need energy and nutrients, we wouldn’t ever need to consume food.

Because the body is made of cells, and the mind/brain is no different, optimal organic nutrition has a very direct connection to the well-being of one’s mental and emotional health. When the energy, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that the body/cells need are missing from one’s diet, the healthy brain neurochemicals (endorphins, serotonin, etc.) needed for optimal positive functioning can’t be created. A lack of nutrients will promote depression, unhappiness, and all sorts of negative mentalities and emotional disorders. It’s pretty difficult to live a happy, joyful, peaceful, and emotionally balanced life when one’s diet is counteracting those efforts.

The level of our neural functioning is largely determined by the nutrients, or lack thereof, that we provide the brain with. For the brain to function at peak performance, for it to be logical, intelligent, and sane, for it to be able to reason, understand, and comprehend, for it to be aware and conscious of its own activities, for it to be calm, quiet and peaceful in meditation (and in general), and for it to be able to reach continuously higher levels of happiness, you have to eat properly.

Foreign unnatural substances, and highly processed, altered, and modified ingredients, have no place in our foods, or in our bodies. They just aren’t compatible with our cells, and they contribute to cellular stress, dysfunction, and “dis-ease”.

Even things like drug/alcohol addictions, and serious mental disorders like schizophrenia and autism have been successfully treated by removing unnatural foods from a person’s diet, and by incorporating nutrient megadoses. This is the field of science referred to as orthomolecular psychiatry/medicine, which was founded by Dr. Linus Pauling, who is the world’s only 2 time unshared Nobel Prize winner.

Reducing Sugar Cravings

May 11th, 2008 by Jarett

Simply RawBecause our mind/brain/awareness determines our actions, and therefore our eating habits, for a healthier mindset regarding what and how we eat, we should make it a point to have a better understanding of the topic of “hunger”.

Were you aware that when a person is hungry, that hunger isn’t for quantity/volume of food, but rather, for quality food with quantity and quality nutrients? What your cells/body/mind actually needs is a sufficient concentration and variety of natural organic vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids (fats), proteins (amino acids), enzymes, antioxidants, fiber, and water.

When your body requires fuel and energy (nutrients) for its countless cellular, bodily, and mental functions, you feel the sensation of hunger. It might appear that eating mass volumes of food is what is needed, but that’s only because “your eyes are bigger than your stomach”, and because you haven’t come across this information before.

In actuality, as any person who has made the change from an unhealthy diet of highly processed foods to a pure organic diet will tell you, you don’t get hungry nearly as often when highly nutritious foods are eaten. That “lack of hunger” also includes the decreasing, or even non-existent, craving of unhealthy junk foods and sweet, sugary substances. When your insulin, leptin, and blood sugar levels are imbalanced, the body craves sugars (and grains that break down into sugars) a whole lot more often. When these things are stabilized, along with the hypothalamus in the brain, by means of optimal nutrition, food and sugar cravings/addictions subside automatically.

People who haven’t yet made these dietary changes often complain that eating organic is too expensive, but they don’t realize that the quantity and volume of food they will be consuming will decrease as a result, and that it may very well be even less expensive to eat organic.

One of the very first things that people notice, besides more energy, mental clarity, and better sleep, when first starting to use an all-in-one nutrient product like FrequenSea, is decreased hunger, because their sugar levels have regulated.

In other words, diabetes, and other similar degenerative diseases, can, and have been, completely reversed in many different people. But only if they’re willing to make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes. The body heals itself, because it’s a self-healing mechanism, when supported with the proper building materials, fuel, energy, and resources. Or in other words… nutrients.

The “Raw For 30 Days/Simply Raw” movie documents what happens when 6 people with diabetes do just that for a continuous 30 days straight.

Synthetic Vitamins

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

The reason that many studies show “vitamin supplements” to be harmful while countless other studies show the benefits of taking vitamins is because the “vitamin supplements” used in some studies are synthetically, artificially, and chemically derived, and were not from a natural organic food source. Such studies were flawed from the very start because the people behind them didn’t account for the source of the nutrients that were being tested.

As a result of living creatures evolving in sync, as one, with their environment, nutrients obtained from natural foods are perfectly and precisely compatible with our cells, and unnatural foreign substances are not. Man-made synthetics have been shown repeatedly to not properly work with the cells that make up our body (most drugs will make a healthy person sick). It turns out that nutrients need to be synthesized and optimized by nature in order to be properly and optimally compatible with the cells of our body. They need to contain carbon, be carbon-bond, be wrapped in carbon, or in other words, be organic.

If you look it up in an encyclopedia, that’s exactly what organic matter is; it’s something that has been derived from living things, and contains carbon. This carbon-bond quality is the product of photosynthesis by plants, and chemically created synthetics don’t have this carbon-bond quality because they haven’t undergone this process.  In turn, chemically created “nutrients” can’t be correctly utilized by the cells of our body.

In fact, the results from countless studies out there that used artificial vitamins even shows that synthetics aren’t just neutral inert substances, but that they even do harm, taking away a person’s health, thus contributing to disease. So, always make sure you know the source of ingredients that are used in your health products because they might not actually be “health” products. Not to mention that you might be wasting your money.

Thomas Edison once said “Remedies from chemicals will never stand in favour compared with the products of Nature, the living cell of the plant, the final result of the rays of the sun, the mother of all life.”

Pharmaceuticals certainly have their place, but for reversing degenerative diseases, that are the result of a poor diet to begin with, we better start looking to foods, as they’re grown in nature; pure, organic, unadulterated, non-genetically modified, and without toxic pesticides.

Might I once again suggest the whole food supplement “FrequenSea” for supplying all the nutrients required to make your cells healthy?

Whole Food Nutrition

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

Just like building a complete puzzle requires having all the peices, building a healthy body requires having all the nutrients. When we take individual vitamins or nutrients, we’re very often just taking a wild guess at which nutrient (out of dozens) that our body is deficient in, and needs. But, with an all-in-one nutrient supersupplement like FrequenSea we’re covering all of our bases at once. Supersupplements have it all, and in such a highly concentrated form that you know you’re getting enough of each.

FrequenSea is, on its own, literally an all-in-one product that provides astounding health benefits far beyond what the average person comprehends. I refer to it as “the superfood of all superfoods”, and I’ve heard other people refer to it as “liquid gold”, and “hope in a bottle”.

Simplification, ease, efficiency, economy, and effectiveness are what supersupplements are all about. Products that are all-in-one replace the need to use multiple products, and are therefore, the best of the best. This is very good news because we can now radically simplify our health routine.

Not only that, but most nutrients work far more efficiently and effectively when assisted by, and in combination with, other specific nutrients. This is precisely why “food is the best medicine”. A whole food like an orange, in comparison to a single nutrient like vitamin C from a bottle, is going to provide far more benefit to your cells and body.

No matter what your health issue is, after over 3 years of personal use, I highly recommend the use of FrequenSea for achieving and/or maintaining optimal health.

Reversing Disease Naturally

May 10th, 2008 by Jarett

When you realize that the human body/mind is a community of trillions of individually living cells,

When you come to understand that those cells are literally made of natural fats, proteins, sugars, cholesterol, etc.,

When you learn about the role that vitamins and minerals play in the body/mind/cells,

When you comprehend that our cells are at all times in a state of repair, regeneration, rebuilding and healing,

When you know that the body is an incredibly efficient self-healing mechanism when honored as such,

When you understand that physical, emotional, and energetic stress on the cells is what prevents the body from healing,

When you see that all degenerative diseases are the result of stress on the cells of the body,

It becomes very apparent that organic nutrition (and positive peaceful emotions) is the treatment and cure for virtually all degenerative health problems, ailments, and diseases, of the body and mind, including cancer, diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, schizophrenia, depression, headaches, aches & pains, allergies, vision loss, lyme disease, etc.

But the trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry and food companies don’t want you to know that. And legally, nobody is allowed to use the word “cure” unless it refers to a pharmaceutical drug.

The body is in a constant state of regeneration (healing), but its ability to do that more effectively depends upon us letting go of the stressful negatives in our lifestyle.

A clean natural diet free of unnatural substances like artificial sweeteners, colors, dyes, plastics, heavy metals, growth hormones, pesticides, herbicides, highly processed, modified, and altered foods, etc., will provide amazing all-encompassing results for you. Forget about “low fat”, “low cholesterol”, calorie counting diets. Ignore the fads. Natural organic nutrition has been very successful at supporting life for millions of years.

And don’t eat soy. That’s just another highly successful advertising scheme that even a great deal of the natural health food companies fell for. It’s been shown very clearly to mess with estrogen and thyroid functioning, among other things. Asian cultures ferment their soy which breaks down the harmful molecules, but the soy used in western foods isn’t put through this process.

What you need is a pure organic whole food all-in-one nutrient product that gives the body literally everything it needs to heal itself of pretty much anything. Myself, I’ve been using FrequenSea on a daily basis for over 3 years now for general health and vitality purposes.

Healing Takes Time

March 15th, 2008 by Jarett

The body can’t create an entire body’s worth of all new healthy cells in one day. Cells replicate fast, but not that fast. You’re looking at about 3 months for a good portion of your body to be turned over anew, and a year for nearly the whole thing. If you eat a purely healthy diet for that amount of time, you’re basically looking at having an all new body built of top quality materials, and optimally functioning cells.

So, that’s why it’s recommended that one gives FrequenSea a solid 3 month try. One bottle may or may not show you the changes you’re looking for.

Sometimes people buy just one bottle, use it up, and say “it didn’t do anything for me” because they expect instantaneous results. Don’t get me wrong, FrequenSea is an amazingly powerful health product, and it works very quickly and efficiently for improving health. However, the cells of your body take time to heal, repair, regenerate, and rebuild themselves. Just as a broken bone doesn’t heal in a day, neither does anything else.

Personally, I’m really quite healthy and I still usually use about 2 ounces a day just because I want this mind and body to be as healthy as possible so I can help others to my utmost potential. The money to pay for the product can be made easily when you have the health and energy to do the work required to make the money, and when creativity, ideas, intuition, and epiphanies to make that money are also abundant (a healthy mind is largely the result of healthy brain cells).

Ignore Supplement Facts

March 13th, 2008 by Jarett

Personally, I’ve always ignored supplement facts listed on packaged food products because they tend to ignore the fact that there are healthy fats and unhealthy fats, healthy sugars and unhealthy sugars, healthy proteins and unhealthy proteins, healthy carbs and unhealthy carbs, healthy types of cholesterol and unhealthy types of cholesterol, healthy vitamins (natural) and unhealthy vitamins (synthetic), and so on. These “facts” then, are therefore rendered almost completely irrelevant.

When a product says it contains a certain percentage of your required daily intake of a particular nutrient, that percentage doesn’t take into consideration a person’s individual body size or weight, a person’s unique genetic metabolic profile and nutritional needs, or a person’s current state of health.

Everybody has different eating habits and eats different foods, so everybody will have different nutritional deficiencies and requirements. Those percentage numbers are very loose estimates, and will only properly apply to a very small amount of people (if anybody at all).

If we just read ingredient listings instead, and eat the products with all natural ingredients (excluding soy!), your cells will be extremely grateful. This whole nutritional guideline thing has gotten way out of hand and is far more complicated than it needs to be. All we have to do is eat natural foods that grew in nature, and the vast majority of our health problems will disappear. If you see weird, complicated, big words listed on your packaged food products, it’s a fairly safe bet that it’s nowhere near natural, and that your cells don’t want it.

Why does a natural diet work? From an evolutionary scientific point of view, humans and their environment (foods) evolved together, as one. They are precicely compatible with each other because they don’t exist separate from each other. It’s basically a symbiotic relationship where they benefit from each other. One’s “waste” is even the other’s food, and vice versa (oxygen & carbon dioxide). As soon as we throw some foreign substance into our body, we’re creating problems for our cells, and this cellular stress equates to “dis-ease” because they are no longer at ease.

Nutritional Healing

March 13th, 2008 by Jarett

Nutritional healing is not like the use of drugs where we manipulate the inner workings of our body creating an instant effect by only masking the symptoms of an underlying problem. True healing goes to the root of the problem, not just to the symptoms of the problem. Because of this, true healing generally requires a little bit of time. (Unless you’re a master of the placebo effect.) The body can’t create an entire body’s worth of all new cells in one day. Does a broken bone heal in a day, or even a week? No, of course not. It takes several weeks, or longer. Any other physical problem or health issue the body might have is no different than a broken bone. Give it time.

And remember, because healing generally happens gradually, there might not be sudden changes and therefore we don’t always notice the differences that have happened. Just because we don’t notice something, certainly doesn’t mean it’s not helping us. Some people might notice huge miraculous differences in 2 days while going the nutritional route, while other people won’t take notice of any specific changes after several weeks. Everybody’s body is different and no two people will see the exact same results. Nutrients from natural foods will always make you healthier, however, you just might not have the vision to see it. Not everybody notices subtlety.

Stressed Cells

March 13th, 2008 by Jarett

If you are wanting to reverse some sort of health problem and achieve better health there is one major important factor that needs to be considered…

What was the reason for that health problem happening in the first place? Or to put it a different way, what exactly is the source of stress that is being put onto the cells of your body? If we don’t eliminate the root problem, the problem will never completely disappear, even with the best nutritional supplementation.

The source of stress MAY simply be a nutrient deficiency, or it may be unnatural substances or toxins that are contained in our over processed foods, such as chemicals, trans fats, MSG, artificial sweeteners, colors, dyes, pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones, antibiotics, plastics, heavy metals, refined table salt, refined sugar, etc. Or perhaps the root source is stressful negative emotions and thoughts. Or maybe it’s something in your environment such as the chemicals in your cleaning supplies or hygiene products. There’s no way for me to know because I don’t know you and your lifestyle, but hopefully this listing gives you a few ideas for possibilities.

Our skin is the body’s largest organ, and because whatever is applied topically on our skin is automatically absorbed into the body, and bloodstream, we want to use products that only contain natural and healthy ingredients.

Cellular Healing

March 13th, 2008 by Jarett

Legally, only a pharmaceutical drug can be called a “cure”. Although I can recommend a product for you to use, I cannot legally say that it will help treat any specific type of disease. What I am allowed to say is that the cells that make up the body have many dozens of different nutritional needs in order to operate properly, so when we give our cells literally every nutrient that they need to heal themselves and create all new healthy cells, the body as a whole reflects that perfect state of health as well. Our overall state of bodily health is a perfect reflection of how healthy the individual cells are because the body is a community of cells. So, cells heal themselves when properly edified, and disease (of any kind) will disappear as an automatic consequence.

Just remember that when going the nutritional healing route, it’s really best to do it in combination with a healthy day-to-day diet, otherwise the unhealthy foods that we eat are just putting more stress on our cells and lessening the positive effects of the nutrients. Results won’t be nearly as good if the rest of our diet is counteracting the nutrients we’re taking.

Cellular Communication

February 18th, 2008 by Jarett

If you’ve been following the latest breakthroughs in biology and nutrition, you already know that cellular communication is absolutely vital when it comes to keeping the cells and body healthy. According to the ground-breaking work done by cellular biologist Dr. Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D., cellular communication happens via the receptors of the cell membrane, so proper cellular communication can only happen when the cell membranes are healthy and working properly. The body’s overall state of health is a perfect reflection of how healthy the individual cells are because the body is made of those cells. Naturally, for the whole community to function in harmony, instead of chaos, cells need to communicate with each other. How do they communicate? As science has known for a long time, by means of chemical interactions. But science has also fairly recently come to find that they can communicate by means of energy also. Oscillating vibrational energy frequencies such as sound, light and radio waves. Cell membranes have receptors on them that work just like tuning forks; they automatically vibrate and resonate at the same frequency of their environment, and the energy meridians of the body are like tiny streams or rivulets of highly polarized water, which are now believed to be long strings of liquid crystals that react to light and transmit bioelectric signals along their pathways.

Stop Fighting Disease, Embrace Health

February 18th, 2008 by Jarett

There is nothing new about health, it has been around forever. Organic nutrition, and life sustaining energy, have been around for millenia. Has natural organic nutrition not been supporting life for eons? Or perhaps we should ask ourselves if disease happens because we have a deficiency of a man-made drug.

The simple fact is that pharmaceuticals don’t address the four basic mechanisms of disease: Cellular inflammation, cellular oxidation, a lack of energy at the cellular level, and cellular toxicity. “Food is the best medicine” because it does address all of these.

Your body is a collective community of co-operating cells. That’s several trillion individual living things all working together harmoniously. Every single one of those cells is doing the best job it can, at all times. The human body is a self-healing mechanism; that’s all it does! 24 hours a day it’s protecting, healing, repairing, regenerating, and rebuilding. However, our cells are either in protective mode, or growth mode. It’s one or the other. Cells can’t do both at the same time. So, health is the body’s natural state when the cells aren’t stressed. The body’s natural state is balance, harmony, homeostasis, ease, and peace. If the source of health issues is removed, the body can then heal itself.

All degenerative diseases, physical or mental, are the result of one thing… STRESS on the body’s cells. Having stressed out malfunctioning cells will naturally lead to disease. “Toxins”, a nutrient deficiency, and negative emotions are what stress the cells. Almost all degenerative diseases are because of at least one of these 3 things. Backaches, cancer, obesity, diabetes, alzheimer’s… it’s all cellular dysfunction.

Biologically, energy is something that provides vitality and life. If the body/cells had no energy, it/they wouldn’t be alive. Degenerative diseases are the result of a lack of energy at the cellular level. Having “a weak immune system” simply means that our cells lack energy and strength. It doesn’t matter what the name of the health problem is… To heal, stressful negatives must be let go of, and positives adopted. The body heals ITSELF when given ALL the proper materials to make new cells. If this is done, even severely and chronically ill patients can heal. Fix the cells and EVERYTHING else is fixed because the body IS cells.

Both preventing and healing disease is the exact same process. Preventing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to reamin healthy, while healing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to become healthy. Whether it be for preventing or healing, the cells require the exact same materials. There’s absolutely no difference between preventing and healing. “Stop fighting disease. Embrace Health.”

Energy Healing the Cells

February 18th, 2008 by Jarett

No matter the health issue, it’s always the result of stress on the cells that make up the body, a lack of cellular energy (and resources), poor inter-cellular communication, and/or a blockage in the body’s energy/acupuncture/nervous system (trauma). But essentially, all of these problems are the exact same thing. What exactly the source of stress on your cells is, is anybody’s guess. I don’t know what your day-to-day activities, routines, habits, thought processes, emotions, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs are. From an energetic point of view, simply focusing on being utterly joyful both at mind and heart (as often as possible, or at all times) can do amazingly profound things for a persons health. Just simply BEING energy/joy provides the body with some incredible amounts of energy that it can use for healing. To help uplift yourself to this level, just realize that even pretending to be joyful, like you’re playing a part or role, is the same as actually being joyful. It might sound overly simplistic, but if you could make some time to just sit or lie down in one spot and focus on overflowing joy and bliss, that just might solve the health problem. The “placebo effect” is in actuality nothing more than just being positive. Why? Because diseases are the result of stressful negatives in one’s lifestyle (including emotions, thoughts, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs). Even if you are already a very positive person, taking it to a whole new level can do nothing but good. When I lie down and practice this, I start feeling all sorts of “activity” going on inside my body, and if I focus on a particular part of the body, the energy building up in that area can actually get quite intense (in a positive way). And it’s fun too!
